Wadja Wadja consists of students in Years 7 – 9. Some of our students have joined us straight from primary school, and others have joined us throughout the year after transitioning from a mainstream high school. Wadja Wadja students currently participate in learning programs involving literacy, numeracy, food technology, wellbeing, and PD/Health/PE. Currently the class gets to experience outings each Wednesday to supplement classroom learning, as well as participating in Community Day events each Friday.
Simone – Teacher
Having first been introduced to Flexible Learning over 10 years ago, Simone bring a range of experience including teaching interstate and international. Simone is passionate about using 21st Century Learning and has completed post graduate studies in Innovate Learning Design. Simone has been teaching in the Wadja Wadja space since 2023 and enjoys visual arts, gardening, and spending time with her family.
